Terms of Service

1. Provider and scope

Outlio is provided through www.outlio.cloud as a research and drafting application for ChatGPT. The service operator is Wiser Marketing SRL (contact: alejandro@wiserautomation.agency). Registered office: Strada Florilor nr. 57, Snagov, Ilfov County, Romania. Company registration: J23/4097/2021; CUI: 44536206 (public-register information, subject to confirmation against the company's official records). The service is provided as a beta for evaluation; features may be limited, changed or unavailable.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for any organization whose data you upload. Provide accurate account details, keep credentials private, and notify us via Support if access appears compromised. Accounts may require confirmation of ownership of the supplied email address.

3. Free demo and future pricing

The current beta is free to use within the displayed limits. No credit card is required. Payment collection, trial countdowns and subscription renewals are disabled. Plans and proposed future prices are not a present offer to charge you; if paid plans are introduced, the service will provide applicable prices, billing terms, renewal and cancellation information before any payment is requested.

4. Permitted and prohibited conduct

Use the service lawfully and respect privacy, confidentiality and intellectual property. Do not use Outlio to scrape restricted content, harvest private personal data, send spam, evade opt-outs, impersonate others, commit fraud, harass individuals, or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts. We may suspend abusive activity or access that threatens users or infrastructure.

5. Research accuracy and responsibility

Public search results and user-entered facts may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Outlio labels unverified information and cannot guarantee that a lead is suitable, contactable or interested. You are responsible for checking information, obtaining any necessary permissions and complying with marketing, privacy and consumer-protection law before external outreach.

6. No sending capability

Outlio currently prepares and stores drafts only. A saved draft is not an email that has been sent. Outlio is not responsible for actions you independently take using copied messages outside this service.

7. Your content and access

You retain rights to material you submit, subject to third-party rights. You grant Outlio the limited rights necessary to store and process it for the functions you request. Do not submit data you have no right to process. Other users are not authorized to view your private workspace content.

8. Availability, third-party services and changes

This beta is offered on an as-available basis, subject to reasonable limits and provider availability. Outlio uses external hosting, identity and optional search infrastructure. We may pause access for security, maintenance or product updates. ChatGPT/OpenAI usage is subject to their own applicable terms.

9. Termination, deletion and notices

You may stop using Outlio at any time. To request account deletion or report abuse, submit a request through Support. We may suspend access for material violations or security concerns. Relevant privacy and legal retention requirements may continue after account closure.

10. Disclaimers and legal rights

Outlio is an evaluation-stage tool and is not a guarantee of commercial results, lead accuracy, deliverability or revenue. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Formal governing-law, contracting-party and liability clauses require final legal review before commercial launch.
